A 24-story residential tower including 4 mixed use floors and an amenities floor with pool, gardens and children playground. Underground parking for approx. 120 cars. The design reflects the water and waves of the beach the building sits next too. It is meant to create both a physical and emotional dynamic, especially when occupying and viewing through undulating balconies and floor plates.
